The F&B server is responsible for exceptional guest service in the Sonnenalp Food & Beverage outlets. Each server is responsible for four to six table sections, which turns up to three times during a shift. The server is often required to act as host and busser while carrying out the specific duties of their position. The position requires working closely with a high volume of demanding clientele and other staff. F&B servers must not only be congenial, but able to appropriately deal with customers and fellow workers. At all times, the servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
