Job summary

The Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail is seeking enthusiastic Full-Time and Part-Time Seasonal Food & Beverage Servers for the 2026-2027 winter season. Earn $12.14/hr plus tips while delivering exceptional hospitality in our award-winning restaurants and lounges.

Roles include hosting, bussing, and staying adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Housing is available, and the team follows Sonnenalp standards throughout the season.

Qualifications

• At least two years of serving experience in an upscale restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set restaurant for business: opening/closing and side work duties; prepare tables and condiments.
• Know menu items and ingredients; answer questions and suggest dishes.
• Serve food and drinks with professional, caring service.
• Assist host/hostess with seating and help fellow staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and adhere to standards.
