Six Flags New England in Agawam, MA is seeking team-oriented individuals to join our scheduling team. This role supports the park's operations by ensuring trained team members are scheduled for the right positions, maintaining shift coverage, and delivering friendly, safe service.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment that values feedback and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service.
• Understanding requirements of various positions to ensure team members are scheduled correctly.
• Obtaining team member availabilities three weeks in advance to coordinate schedules.
• Entering schedules into Optim8 scheduling system.
• Coordinating with Trainers to issue schedules to incoming team members.
• Maintaining time off requests, shift changes, and availability updates.
• Reporting scheduling issues to Food & Beverage Management Team.
• Ensuring schedules comply with labor standards.
• Enforcing park policies and grooming guidelines.
• Performing incidental duties as required.
