• Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service.
• Understanding requirements of various positions to ensure team members are scheduled correctly.
• Obtaining team member availabilities three weeks in advance to coordinate schedules.
• Entering schedules into Optim8 scheduling system.
• Coordinating with Trainers to issue schedules to incoming team members.
• Maintaining time off requests, shift changes, and availability updates.
• Reporting scheduling issues to Food & Beverage Management Team.
• Ensuring schedules comply with labor standards.
• Enforcing park policies and grooming guidelines.
• Performing incidental duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
• Understanding requirements of various positions to ensure that team members are only scheduled for positions they are appropriately trained
• Obtaining team member availabilities three weeks in advance to coordinate and enter schedules
• Entering schedules into Optim8 scheduling system
• Coordinating with Trainers to issue schedules to incoming team members
• Maintaining of time off requests, drop/add shift requests, availability changes, employee messages pertaining to scheduling
• Reporting any departmental scheduling issues or staffing issues to Food & Beverage Management Team
• Ensuring that schedules are accurate, and comply with all applicable labor standards
• Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
• Complying with and enforcing department grooming guidelines
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
