Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
- Manage production schedules and staffing to satisfy customer demand.
- Monitor metrics like throughput, yield, waste, downtime, and OEE.
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to optimize plant performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs.
