Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the production team at our Rainier Plant in Seattle, WA. The role demands the oversight of production departments, ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations while actively driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in dairy, food processing or similar facility.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, OSHA and Department of Labor operational standards.
• Ability to perform daily checks and reports to ensure quality and production goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Direct and be accountable for activities of the plant’s production departments.
• Lead as a strategic partner with Production Department Supervisors.
• Implement Lean principles and practices for continuous improvement.
