Job summary

Aman Group Sarl is seeking a Pool Supervisor for Amangiri in Utah to oversee daily pool operations and lead the pool and F&B service teams. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences within a luxury outdoor resort setting.

Responsibilities include staff training, safety protocol adherence, and coordination with kitchen and engineering teams while maintaining Aman standards and presentation. This is an on-site, full-time position in a premium desert resort environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a luxury resort, pool, beach club, recreation, or Food & Beverage environment preferred.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred; TIPS and ServSafe certification required.
  • Strong understanding of pool safety standards, sanitation requirements, and emergency procedures.
  • Experience managing outdoor operations in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat.
  • Knowledge of hospitality platforms such as Micros, SevenRooms, and Opera.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, guest recovery, and team development skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and carrying.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily pool operations and lead pool attendants and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, service briefings, and ongoing training
  • Monitor grooming, appearance, and professional conduct to ensure compliance with Aman standards
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and support team product knowledge development
  • Ensure prompt, personalized service while addressing guest requests, concerns, and service recovery needs
  • Oversee pool deck cleanliness, organization, cabana readiness, towel inventories, and overall presentation standards
  • Coordinate food and beverage service with the kitchen, including communication of special requests and dietary requirements
  • Manage daily staffing assignments, scheduling adjustments, and break coverage to support efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, sanitation standards, and emergency response protocols
  • Support special events, private functions, and collaboration with Engineering and Housekeeping to maintain pool facilities
