Job summary

Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA, seeks an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the Executive Director in overseeing day-to-day operations of all outlets, maintaining standards, and driving guest experience.

This role leads leadership development, ensures regulatory compliance (RAMP, ServSafe, PA minors labor), analyzes KPIs, and collaborates with culinary leadership to craft menus that meet guest expectations and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in field or equivalent
• Culinary, sales, and service background required
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience
• RAMP certification is required

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Drives financial performance and guest satisfaction across the department.
• Develops leaders and associates; manages performance and disciplinary processes.
• Develops and implements departmental SOPs and policies; maintains quality standards.
• Controls food, beverage, and labor costs and analyzes KPIs to improve profitability.
