Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in field or equivalent college degree preferred.
  • Culinary, sales, and service background required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or hotel environment.
  • RAMP certification is required.
  • High degree of interpersonal and guest interaction skills.
  • Manage and lead in a high volume and fast paced operation.
  • Previous experiences supervising and leading others.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage change.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and organizes the day-to-day activities of ALL outlets in the Food and Beverage Department, including hotel and mountain operations for seasonal peaks.
  • Work with the Executive Director of Food & Beverage to plan and execute departmental strategies to meet daily and long-term needs.
  • Support and manage performance and disciplinary processes with Outlet Managers and HR.
  • Develop and implement departmental SOPs and policies.
  • Maintain established standards for F&B quality, service, cleanliness, merchandising, and presentation.
  • Assist Outlet Managers in achieving financial objectives and operational standards.
  • Analyze KPIs, identify gaps, and implement plans to improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Attend Labor Review meetings to align staffing with forecasted volume.
  • Develop schedules with Outlet Managers to ensure appropriate staffing and profitability.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop menus meeting guest expectations and markets.
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs across all outlets.
  • Review guest satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
