Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to supervise the Cubi Bar and related facilities. You will oversee staff, budgets, menu planning, and quality service for events and daily dining, ensuring compliance with safety and military standards.

The role requires significant experience in F&B/hospitality, budgeting, and leadership within a government or regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and supervising F&B facilities and budget controls.
• Ability to develop directives and procedures for social and recreational activities and club use.
• Knowledge of cost control, funding, and accounting procedures in F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all Food and Bar operations.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff for quality F&B service.
• Interface with director to plan menus, internal controls, and pricing.
• Maintain inventory, cost controls, and stock levels.
• Develop and price menus for lunches, dinners, and banquets.
• Inspect deliveries, supervise sanitation, and ensure health standards.
• Prepare budgets for food and beverage operations and monitor performance.
