Job summary

Floyd Bennett Field Sports Center is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all Restaurant and Kitchen operations, ensuring profit, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will manage budgets, COGS, labor, and inventory while coaching Restaurant and Kitchen teams to perform at the highest level.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field, plus at least 5 years in F&B management and ServeSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary or related field.
• Minimum 5 years F&B Management experience.
• ServeSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Restaurant and Kitchen operations to meet company standards.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing and hiring for F&B with GM and HR.
• Develop labor schedules and manage budgets, COGS, payroll, and inventories.
• Ensure Front of House and Back of House teams are cohesive and deliver high service levels.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle guest issues and HR matters as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and ISO standards.
