• Manage production, quality, warehouse, and logistics to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Lead a team of manufacturing, quality, and logistics employees, including temporary staff.
• Coordinate employee schedules, daily assignments, workflows, and priorities.
• Coach and develop potential team leads to strengthen leadership.
• Align raw material availability with production priorities to meet orders.
• Identify and implement improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations.
• Document processes and maintain SOPs.
• Track performance metrics and maintain operational reports.
• Communicate with employees, management, HR, and other departments.
• Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day production, quality, and logistics functions within a food & beverage manufacturing operation in Leominster, MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage production, quality, warehouse, and logistics operations to meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
• Lead a team of manufacturing, quality, and logistics employees, including temporary staff.
• Coordinate employee schedules, daily assignments, workflows, and operational priorities.
• Coach and develop potential team leads to strengthen leadership capabilities within the department.
• Align raw material availability with production priorities to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
