Job summary

Pleasant Mountain is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to lead Blizzard’s Pub day-to-day operations, overseeing both FOH and BOH teams and ensuring seamless service and a memorable dining experience for every guest.

In this role you will monitor labor costs and inventory, manage operating expenses, and coordinate rotating specials with the General Manager and Marketing while attending weekly management meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FOH service experience with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role in F&B.
• Strong hospitality mindset with guest-service focus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH and BOH teams to run day-to-day operations with a focus on hospitality.
• Maintain presence in BOH during peak lunch and dinner hours and ensure smooth FOH coordination.
• Schedule openings/closings, pre-shift meetings, and verify side duties.
• Control labor costs, manage supplies, and oversee food inventory.
• Coordinate rotating specials and promotions with GM and Marketing; attend weekly meetings.
