Job summary

Pleasant Mountain is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to lead Blizzard’s Pub. You will oversee FOH and BOH, ensure seamless service, and maintain financial accountability to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Expect 5+ years of FOH service, with 3+ years in a leadership role, plus familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office. This on-site role offers resort benefits and team-driven growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FOH service experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Passion for guest service, team development, and memorable dining experiences.
• Familiarity with POS systems, FOH procedures, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, direct, and evaluate FOH and BOH team members.
• Maintain active BOH presence during peak hours and ensure smooth FOH coordination.
• Manage labor costs within budget and oversee food inventory tracking.
• Coordinate rotating food specials and promotions with GM and Marketing.
