Compensation: $29.83 hourly.

What you’ll do

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Understand departmental structure, create schedules, manage payroll reporting and forecast operational needs.
  • Handle guest special requests (dietary restrictions, room preferences, special occasions).
  • Identify and report maintenance issues and work to resolve them with relevant teams.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team to maintain alignment.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service independently.

The role requires strong communication, tolerance for varying schedules including weekends and holidays, and the ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
