Job summary

Hotel Paseo, Autograph Collection in Palm Desert is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee multiple restaurant and lounge outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service across the division. You will lead outlet managers, support budgeting and cost control, and coordinate with culinary and events teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of F&B management, strong leadership, and solid financial acumen. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of progressive food & beverage management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to develop management staff.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
