Job summary

Hotel Paseo, Autograph Collection, a Marcus Hotels & Resorts property in Palm Desert, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead multiple outlets and elevate guest experiences.

You will oversee outlet managers, coordinate with culinary and events teams, manage budgets, and recruit/train staff, delivering consistent service across the F&B division.

This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a boutique luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive food & beverage management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to develop management staff.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple outlets and ensuring consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences across the Food & Beverage division.

Part of the Milwaukee-based Marcus Hotels & Resorts portfolio, HOTEL PASEO offers guests a distinctive desert retreat featuring 150 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites, many showcasing breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains and palm‑lined landscape. Salary Estimate: $80,000-$90,000/year
