HOTEL PASEO in Palm Desert is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee multiple restaurant and lounge outlets within the hotel and lead outlet managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills to ensure consistency across outlets.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of progressive F&B management experience and the ability to manage priorities while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of progressive food & beverage management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to develop management staff.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Estimate: $80,000-$90,000/year
