Job Description

The Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. The FBM utilizes the food service team to ensure the efficient execution of all fresh food/food service programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines and supports the General Manager in store operations. The FBM, along with the AGM, trains Customer Service Associates, maintains a safe and sanitary environment, and ensures an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing a pleasant shopping experience and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Managing 24/7 food service programs, including ordering, production, and display.
• Meeting or exceeding food service and beverage profitability goals.
• Ensuring proper inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Analyzing results, preparing action plans, and executing strategies to improve food service profitability.
• Training and coaching food service staff, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
• Executing safety, security, quality, and store operation policies.
• Running shifts as needed, including deposit and fuel operations.

Essential Functions

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Physical ability to perform shift duties, including lifting up to 35 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe Certification.
