Le Meridien Charlotte is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager to lead multiple outlets, including Social Kitchen, Craft City Sports Pub, and City Lights. The role focuses on maintaining exceptional food and guest service standards while driving revenue and profitability across the F&B department.

We seek a dynamic professional with 1–2 years of hospitality management experience, strong MS Office skills, and solid POS system knowledge to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality management/supervisor experience in a full-service operation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer functions.
• Expertise knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of food, beverage, and guest service.
• Oversee operations across Social Kitchen, Craft City Sports Pub, City Lights, In-room dining, Executive Lounge(s).
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize department profitability.
• Contribute to profitability and guest satisfaction across hotel departments.
• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the F&B department.
• Develop marketing and promotional plans for the F&B department.
• Create department schedules based on staffing standards and hotel flow.
• Process payroll for the department.
• Increase guest satisfaction through product excellence and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations and standards.
• Maintain procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of assets, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
• Areas of responsibility with be Social Kitchen, Craft City Sports Pub, City Lights, In room dining, Executive Lounge(s) and any other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Outlets or the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department.

• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing and promotional plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.
• Ability to compile schedules for department based on staffing standards and hotel flow through.
• Ability to successfully complete payroll for department.
• Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
• Manage in compliance with Federal, state, local, and StepStone regulations and standards.
• Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.

Requirements
