Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation seeks a Lead Food and Beverage Supervisor for Dutch Wonderland Inn in Lancaster County, PA. You will supervise daily restaurant operations, coach team members, ensure service standards, and uphold safety and sanitation requirements.

You will work with leadership to schedule staff, manage POS operations, maintain cleanliness, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while complying with state and local regulations and ServSafe standards.

Qualifications

• No education requirements for this position
• 1-2 years of previous work experience in a restaurant setting
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be Food Handler Safety Certified (ServSafe or similar) or become so within 90 days of hire
• Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with state labor laws
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
• Must possess safety-oriented mindset and understand regulations

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant team and any other assigned departments
• Act as an approachable mentor and coach to all assigned team members
• Ensure professional staff appearance and uniform compliance
• Understand all restaurant positions and assist when needed
• Participate in hiring, orientation, training, and performance coaching of staff
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and state/local regulations
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the restaurant
• Operate POS systems accurately and document happenings for management
• Assist in catering and banquet events as needed
• Escalate safety, hygienic, or maintenance issues promptly
