Job summary

You will train associates, maintain equipment, and deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience across every guest interaction, while complying with company policies and state laws during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and understand English well for customer communication.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified under applicable regulations.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system safely.

Responsibilities

• Turn on roller grill and oven, ensuring correct dating and food safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of foodservice areas.
• Prepare and stock dipside items and ready-to-serve foods.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Provide five-star guest experience following The Hi Five protocol.
