Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 613 in Worthington, OH. The shift runs Monday through Saturday from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a five-day workweek. This on-site role includes managing foodservice operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and stock, and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Pay range is $13.50–$15.25 per hour. The candidate must be legally qualified to conduct all sales, including alcohol and tobacco, and maintain program SOPs and training for

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Food Safety certification per UDF requirements.
• Legal to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales as per state law.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill and HTG equipment per SOPs and ensure correct expiration times.
• Stock and date products; maintain food safety and cleanliness in foodservice areas.
• Maintain temperature and log records for foodservice areas.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests with orders.
• Train and supervise associates on foodservice programs during shift.
• Ensure accuracy of POS transactions and safe handling of cash.
