Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Franklin, OH is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 177. This full-time, on-site role requires 4am–12pm shifts Mon–Sat (5 day workweek).

Pay range is $13.50–$15.25 per hour, with duties focused on safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and exceptional guest service. The Lead will follow The Hi Five Guest Experience steps and ensure compliance with food safety, SOPs, and company policies while training teammates on foodservice programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Ensure foodservice area is safe, clean and stocked.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and rotate food items; manage temperatures and dates.
• Assist management in training associates on foodservice programs.
