Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support daily stockroom operations for the Corporate Dining team. You will receive deliveries, maintain records, and ensure products are properly stocked for daily dining operations.

You will work with culinary, purchasing, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy and product quality, while keeping a clean, safe stockroom that complies with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer service is required.
• Cashier experience is required.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the stock system.
• Organize storage areas (dry, refrigerated, frozen) and keep shelves stocked.
• Rotate stock using FIFO to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Assist with issuing products to culinary and FOH teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant stockroom environment.
• Notify management of low stock, discrepancies, or damaged items.
• Support with event inventory and special projects as assigned.
