Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, Inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests and assist as needed
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Deliver the guest experience while upholding Food & Beverage standards and processes
• Work with vendors to set up and maintain displays and backroom organization
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures
