Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to create an inviting guest experience, assist guests, and support daily store operations. You’ll work in a dynamic team to ensure product freshness, pricing accuracy, and outstanding guest service across Food & Beverage areas.

The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment, embracing safety standards, and maintaining clean, well-merchandised displays. Prior food or grocery experience is a plus, with opportunities for development at Target.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: Greet guests at 10ft, 4ft; help guests find what they need and resolve issues; thank guests at the end of each transaction.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a fully stocked, clean and organized store environment.
• Follow all Food & Beverage standards and processes including deliveries, replenishment, rotation, and data accuracy.
