Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks

• Assist guests to find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience

• Follow food safety requirements and manage displays and backroom organization
