Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to support guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, assist with product needs, and ensure accurate pricing and signage across Food & Beverage areas.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, use handheld scanners, and adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to help you grow within a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Food or grocery experience encouraged but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and related tech.
• Work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
