Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert in Salt Lake City to deliver a welcoming, friendly guest experience across all store hours. You will help guests find items, maintain freshness and inventory, and execute merchandising standards with accuracy.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will participate in training to learn Target's standards while staying adaptable to scheduling needs, including nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only).
• Experience in food or grocery preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.
• Work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture in Food & Beverage.
• Understand sales trends, inventory, quality, freshness, and guest shopping patterns.
• Know seasonality, food safety standards, routines, and merchandising.
• ExecuteFood & Beverage standards and process sheets; assist peers as needed.
• Deliver an easy, inspiring guest experience throughout all shifts.
• Comply with safety policies and Target's food safety requirements.
• Support back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up duties as needed.
