Job summary

The role requires 18+, prior food/grocery experience preferred, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training will cover guest service excellence and store safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them throughout the store.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Follow Food & Beverage standards and processes, including replenishment, signing, and organizing store displays.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to set up displays and maintain backroom space.
• Adhere to all food safety requirements and company policies.
