Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to join our team in Carmel, IN. You will deliver a friendly guest experience, assist customers, and help maintain fresh, properly stocked products on the sales floor.

This fast-paced role requires strong teamwork, adaptability, and a can-do attitude across varying shifts, including nights and weekends. You will support operations such as replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and compliance with all policies while delivering excellent

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience in food or grocery helpful but not required.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and other tech.
Work independently and with a team.
Resolve guest questions on the spot.
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
Stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests promptly and being friendly.
Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
End every transaction with a sincere thank you and support fellow team members as needed.
Maintain Food & Beverage standards and assist with replenishment, signing, and organizing merchandise.
Follow food safety requirements and use sampling to promote products and increase sales.
Collaborate with vendors to set displays and manage backroom space.
Locate damaged or expired items and ensureCompliance with laws and store policies.
