Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments listed.
• Greet guests at various distance points and provide friendly assistance.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
• Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas when needed.
• Follow Food & Beverage standards and procedures in daily tasks.
• Operate food deliveries, replenishment, and merchandising, ensuring data accuracy and proper signing.
