Job summary

Target Hawaii in Kapolei is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to help guests with friendly service, manage replenishment, ensure freshness, and maintain signings and pricing on the sales floor.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, assist guests, operate handheld scanners and POS, support backroom tasks, and follow safety and food safety standards. Training provided; eligibility includes being 18+.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food or grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate with guests and coworkers across devices.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs to ensure a friendly, smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain fresh, in-stock, correctly priced merchandise and signings on the sales floor.
• Assist with replenishment, backroom tasks and safety compliance.
• Support fellow team members and uphold Target's Food & Beverage standards.
• Handle basic transactions and operate POS/handheld devices when needed.
