Target in Hawaii seeks a Food & Beverage Expert to create an inviting guest experience, uphold food safety, and ensure accurate pricing and signing across Food & Beverage areas. You will engage guests, support peers, and help maintain clean, organized displays while reflecting Target’s standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong guest service in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and accuracy during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintaining Food & Beverage standards throughout operating hours.
