Job summary

Dream Inn Santa Cruz seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee service delivery, coordinate with Catering, Culinary and other departments, and uphold Woodside Service standards and SOPs. You will align operations with the annual business plan and budget.

You will hire, develop and lead staff; manage schedules and payroll; monitor health and safety, liquor compliance and guest satisfaction; and drive revenue through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring and developing F&B staff.
• Knowledge of payroll, scheduling and budgets.
• Familiarity with SOPs and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors staff completion of opening and closing duties.
• Resolves guest issues before the patron leaves.
• Updates Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
• Operates within budgeted expense guidelines related to supplies and labor.
• Maintains knowledge of liquor regulations and upselling opportunities.
