Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills for dynamic F&B environments.
• Passion for service excellence and team inspiration.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation (ServSafe preferred).
• Effective communication with guests, associates and management.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, service, and breakdown for exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and empower associates to exceed expectations.
• Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled team.
