WarHorse Gaming in Lincoln, NE seeks a Food & Beverage Expeditor to ensure timely coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house. You will verify order accuracy, guide dish flow, and support service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, with full-time or part-time options. A high school diploma and customer-service focus help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and touch-screen tech.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mission, vision, and values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the expediting station.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Monitor order flow through KDS or tickets.
• Assist in final dish prep and quality checks.
• Communicate special requests and allergies clearly to culinary team.
• Assemble orders in correct sequence for service staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to policies and participate in training.
