Qualifications

• Comfortable using mobile devices and touch-screen technology.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and break down the expediting station according to business needs and health codes.
• Monitor and manage the flow of orders via KDS or printed tickets.
• Assist in final preparation of dishes, including garnishing and quality checks.
• Communicate special requests and allergy alerts clearly to the culinary team.
• Assemble completed orders in correct sequence for pickup by service staff.
