Job summary

Southernhospitalityinternshipprogram offers an immersive internship at our award-winning theme parks and resort, where you will work alongside operational experts and tourism leaders to apply classroom skills to real-world tasks.

Interns will support concessions, fast food, family style and full-service dining locations, learn opening/closing procedures, and participate in a final end-of-program project, with opportunities to develop guest-service and cost-analysis skills.

• Intern must be hard-working, motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn opening and closing procedures.
• Attend Leadership Training.
• Act as Quality Assurance Inspector.
• Assist with Cost Analysis including cost of sales, product mix and Spending Per Person.
• Complete an end-of-program project.
