Crafty seeks a Food & Beverage Associate II to serve as the versatile backbone of our in-office Concierge pantry program across multiple NYC sites. You’ll manage merchandising, client service, maintenance, and inventory while traveling between locations on a daily basis.

This full-time, hourly role operates Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with autonomy to execute tasks and uphold high standards. Compensation ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Responsabilités

• Merchandising: own client kitchens/pantries and rotate stock.
• Customer Service: engage with clients and Crafty team onsite, deliver quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: routine maintenance on machines, QC checks, inventory tasks.
• Communication: report location needs or safety concerns and complete paperwork.
