The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. This includes greeting guests with a smile, explaining menu offerings, taking food and drink orders, and delivering high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming and engaging with every customer, discovering their needs, and making genuine recommendations.
2. Answering questions about food, beverages, and hotel services.
3. Taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system.
4. Maintaining attractive food displays and making necessary adjustments.
5. Performing side work and opening & closing duties as assigned.
6. Keeping the work and service areas clean and organized.
7. Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding promptly and courteously to requests.
8. Preparing bills, presenting checks, accepting payments, and processing credit cards or cash.
9. Fostering teamwork by offering or requesting help from colleagues.
10. Being flexible to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations under supervision.

Job Requirements:
