Job summary

Ripken Baseball in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a Food & Beverage team member to assist in concessions and grill operations, ensure fast, friendly service, and maintain a clean, safe prep area under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager.

You will handle basic food-handling duties, operate equipment like grill and deep fryer, and help control daily costs and inventory. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work multiple shifts when assigned.
• Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently and as a team to accomplish goals.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to follow instructions given by any full-time staff member.
• Excellent service attitude.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• SERV Safe Certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Concessions and Grill assets, including proper food handling and equipment
• Give excellent customer service to our customers within a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within the Grill and concession stand
• Proper use of equipment such as flat top grill, deep fryer, oven, stove, dishwasher, etc.
• Manage and maintain daily cost of sales, cash control and inventory?
• Provide F&B Manager with feedback, ideas and suggestions on a timely basis

Position Summary:
Assist the Food and Beverage team in providing excellent customer service and fulfilling the customer needs efficiently and timely. This position will be under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager.
