• Provide guidance and supervision to staff, supporting operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives.
• Manage scheduling, coordinate with management on concerns, and support budget compliance.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service, ensuring standards are followed and addressing issues promptly.
• Assist in cost control, inventory management, and maintaining food service procedures for customer satisfaction.
• Follow quality assurance procedures to meet health and customer service standards.
• Respond to guest needs, report problems, and support administrative duties as assigned.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings, assist with cleaning and resetting outlets, and monitor food/beverage presentation.
• Support cross-training, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain confidentiality.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. Five years in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math, Microsoft Outlook, and knowledge of sanitation and equipment maintenance.
• Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to qualify for necessary licenses and complete TiPS training.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environments.
