Job Description

Assist the Food and Beverage Director and Assistant Director with administrative tasks, promotions, cost controls, scheduling, payroll, human resources, and budget management.

Responsibilities
  • Design and layout all menus and promotional materials for the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Create promotional materials, posters, flyers, tent cards, food signs, signage for the hotel, and coupons.
  • Manage collateral for daily Food and Beverage operations and administrative matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Director.
  • Maintain up-to-date BEO menu books.
  • Coordinate Food and Beverage meetings and record minutes.
  • Produce and consolidate weekly management schedules for all F&B departments.
  • Maintain stationary supplies and proper filing systems.

Assist in food and beverage outlets as needed.

Qualifications
  • Customer service experience; prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Delphi, or similar programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Clear, positive, and energetic communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
  • Food and beverage or culinary experience preferred.
