Round One Entertainment Inc. in Aurora, IL is seeking friendly staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy Food & Beverage role within a bowling/arcade environment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years in hospitality; bartending experience is preferred. Night and weekend availability is a plus. This on-site position involves handling alcohol and maintaining multiple POS systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS register for food and drinks.
• Prepare food and beverage items per company standards.
• Reset and bus seating area.
• Wash and dry dishes and utensils.
• Open and close cash tills and facility areas.
• Manage food and beverage inventory per policy.
• Maintain safe refrigerator temperatures.
• Handle inventory of plates, cups, and utensils.
• Conduct restroom checks and cleaning.
• Provide responsive, friendly customer service.
• Occasionally operate POS to collect payments for arcade, lanes, karaoke, billiards.
