Job summary

Stripling's General Store in Ashland, GA is seeking motivated Food Bar Staff to prepare, stock, and serve fresh, made-from-scratch items in a fast-paced, country-style setting.

You will ensure food safety, maintain cleanliness, and deliver friendly customer service at the food bar. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to cover early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with hours posted Mon-Sat and Sun.

Position Summary
Food Bar Staff Members prepare, stock, and serve fresh, made-from-scratch items at the food bar in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to quality, excellent customer service, and food safety while helping deliver a welcoming, country-style dining experience.

Must be available the following days and times:

Monday-Saturday - 12:30pm-8:30pm

Sunday - 10:00am-6:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare, portion, and stock food bar items according to recipes and company standards

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the food bar and prep areas

• Monitor food temperatures and freshness to ensure safety and quality

Pay Range
The pay range for this position begins at $12.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.
