Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Austin, TX is seeking an Assembler Tech to contribute to safe, high-quality food production. You will place ingredients, inspect components, and follow safety and sanitation standards to support efficient operations.

You will work on multiple production lines, maintain cleanliness, and assist with changeovers and sanitation while upholding USDA/HACCP/GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Effective communication in manufacturing environments.
• Follow USDA, HACCP, GMP and sanitation requirements.
• Work safely around moving machinery and equipment.
• Stand, reach, bend and stay active throughout the shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Travel throughout the production area as needed.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork skills and commitment to quality.
• Wear required PPE and report to workstations on time.
• Overtime flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Place ingredients and components according to recipe and production specifications.
• Inspect components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality.
• Handle ingredients and materials per USDA, HACCP, GMP and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure products conform to recipe specifications and placement requirements.
• Follow GMPs, safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
• Understand and use the lugger system appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and report issues to leadership.
• Assist with changeovers and sanitation activities as required.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leaders and Production Leadership.
