You will manage staffing, inventory, payroll, and safety procedures while cultivating a team focused on service excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment.
• Passion for service excellence and ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
• Effective communication skills to liaise with guests, associates, and management teams.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
