ARRIVE Albuquerque is seeking an organized and friendly Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily front‑of‑house operations in our Downtowner Restaurant. You will partner with hotel staff to ensure guest delight, inventory control, and smooth communications.

You will work with the F&B Manager on scheduling, maintain service standards, and help execute on-site events while upholding cleanliness and quality across the restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Apps and other organizational computer tools.
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the function of all front of house food and beverage in the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and to support overall hotel operations.
• Consistently offers professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Ensures service standards are followed while actively supporting the entire restaurant team.
• Handles guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
• Balances operational, administrative and colleague needs.
• Assists with the execution of on-site events.
• Communicates with all departments to ensure that customer service needs and expectations are fulfilled.
• Works with the Food & Beverage Manager as needed on the scheduling of all front of house food & beverage team members.
• Works directly with staff to assure food and beverage quality, good service, and cleanliness are strictly adhered to.
• Ability to execute both opening and closing duties and maintain an efficient, effective, and prioritized work schedule.
• Maintain inventory and its protocols and systems.
• Manage online reservations system and communicate Reservations (phone & email).
• Assist with FOH ordering – including Coffee/Tea, Ink, Paper, Supplies, and similar.
• Manage comps and discount, Manage service staff tip log, ADP Time clock, Cash Bank and POS.
• Assist with photos and content curation for Social Media.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION PROFILE

We're looking for an organized, good-natured Food & Beverage Supervisor prepared to assist in leading ARRIVE Albuquerque’s Downtowner Restaurant with daily food and beverage operations. From ensuring a delightful guest experience to overseeing inventory and streamlining communication with the hotel staff, this role calls for a friendly disposition and experience in hospitality.

THE TASK AT HAND:
